Professional discipline of doctors: the professional order of doctors (BOa) prohibits doctors to switch profession adverse as well as self-aggrandizing to, misleading or comparative advertising not only on their home pages. However, objective, job-related information such as the specification of titles and qualifications, and areas of practice or organizational notes are allowed.
Governing: medicines, medical devices and other remedies or remedies regulates the Heilmittelwerbegesetz (HWG). This virtually prohibits misleading advertising as advertising of unapproved medicines and Lay advertising. Advertisement for medicines against specific indicators is allowed only in circles.
